Is the audit a promise of results?
No. The audit gives an estimate with its assumptions; it does not promise bookings or revenue.
Start with Reclaim’s free Lost Revenue Audit for eligible dormant appointment enquiries. It shows potential booking-value scenarios and their assumptions; it does not contact anyone represented by your list.
Complete the audit first. The pilot request form appears on its shareable result.
The free Lost Revenue Audit
Estimates are assumption-led and are not a promise or guarantee of bookings or revenue.
A clear route from estimate to request
The audit helps you review eligible enquiry volume and the assumptions behind an estimate. A pilot is a separate next step that you can request from the completed report.
Use only eligible dormant enquiries for non-clinical salon services where your business has the relevant permission to follow up.
See an estimate based on your aggregate count, with potential booking-value scenarios and the assumptions used. It is not a promise of bookings or revenue.
After completing the audit, open its shareable result. The pilot request form on that report keeps your request linked to its audit context.
Eligibility and permission
This page is for independent salons and non-clinical beauty services. Use only eligible records for which your business has the relevant permission, through permitted channels and with business-approved messaging.
The audit asks you to attest that each enquiry counted is eligible and has the required permission. Reclaim does not verify each CSV row or contact anyone represented by your list during the audit.
A business-authorized CSV is parsed locally and is not uploaded or retained. Only optional business details and aggregate counts are sent to Reclaim.
The pilot request form separately asks whether Reclaim may contact you about a pilot. That permission is distinct from the permission relating to your leads.
Pilot terms
There is no setup fee or monthly fee. Before a pilot, you and Reclaim agree the qualification criteria and fee. The fee applies only to an agreed qualified recovered appointment that attends.
